Yes — the patient or you on their behalf must call MAS (1-855-360-3543) to authorize the trip through Medicaid. Once booked, request Metro Luxury Inc. as the preferred provider.
What information do I need to refer a patient?
Patient's full name, Medicaid number, pickup address, drop-off (dialysis center), and the days/times of their recurring appointments. Email Info@metroluxurycorp.com or call (718) 665-4900.
Can family members track the ride?
Yes. We send a Passenger Link via text that anyone can use to see the driver's name, car info, plate number, and real-time location. No app or login required.
Do you handle recurring dialysis schedules?
Absolutely. We set up recurring trip schedules so the patient doesn't need to rebook each time.
