Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of transportation services provided by Metro Luxury Inc. ("Metro Luxury," "we," "us"). By requesting or receiving a ride, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services are provided to riders approved through Medicaid and referred via Medical Answering Services (MAS) or a participating managed care plan, unless otherwise arranged.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Rides must be scheduled in advance through MAS (recommended at least 72 hours ahead) with Metro Luxury Inc. specifically requested as the provider. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible at (718) 665-4900. Cancellations do not affect your eligibility for future rides.
Rider Conduct
Riders are expected to be ready at the scheduled pickup time and to treat drivers with respect. Metro Luxury drivers are trained to provide courteous, patient-centered service in return.
Vehicle & Assistance Limitations
At this time, Metro Luxury does not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles or assisted transportation. Riders must be able to enter and exit the vehicle without physical assistance from the driver.
Service Availability
We operate 24/7 across the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, subject to scheduling availability through MAS.
Limitation of Liability
Metro Luxury provides transportation services on an as-available basis and will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely, safe transport. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
